It's because Dan Didio has been sleeping with JG's wife.
Simple enough.
I think fans should forgive him, and place the responsibility for this incident squarely on the back of Dan Didio. This is mismanagement at the highest level. Look for JG to partner with Marvel Comics within the next 18 months.
